Silver AMC Services
Partially comprehensive service contracts cover some or all callout and labor charges.
Any equipment and spare parts costs that arise during maintenance are borne by the customer and for which you are charged accordingly.
The Silver partially comprehensive AMC option includes quarterly preventive maintenance services and limited callouts.
The replacement of any spare parts is excluded.
After receiving approval on spares and labor charges the repairs will be performed.
